How Else can I say It

How Else Can I Say It is a meditation on breaking things down—ideas, identities, creative processes—and discovering new ways to be, express and create. It’s the question that has echoed in Tatiana’s mind throughout a creative and personal transformation that has taken over four years:
What happens when we strip away the unnecessary and the past to make space for a new version of self that hadn’t been revealed before?
Through this process, Tatiana embraced the art of unlearning and relearning. The paintings in this exhibition are born from Tatiana’s previous body of work—over 10 years of photographs that once explored themes of feminine energy and connection to nature. By reimagining these photographs as abstract paintings, Tatiana undertook the exercise of looking into her past, using it as a reference and starting point for the future, taking only what was necessary from it and transforming it (and herself) into something completely new.
Each piece reflects a journey of deconstruction and reconstruction—of shedding layers and meeting herself anew, both as an artist and as a person.
This work speaks to the courage it takes to dismantle the familiar and step into the unknown. By revisiting and reinterpreting her own history, Tatiana demonstrates how art can evolve alongside the artist, creating space for vulnerability, authenticity, and infinite possibility.

For the past 6 weeks, Casa Ki served as the host and creative haven for the solidification of this process.

How Else Can I Say It invites its viewers to pause, reconsider, and ask themselves the same:
How else can I see, think, and be? What past versions of self are ready to be shed so that new life and new forms can be born?
It’s an exploration of simplicity and transformation, of the beauty that emerges when we give ourselves permission to start again.
